Settings
Writing Tone
Set your preferred writing tone for AI-generated drafts. Choose from Professional, Casual, Friendly, or Direct. This becomes the default tone for all draft replies and rewrites, though you can always override it on a per-action basis.
Language
Set your default translation language. When you use the Translate action, emails will be translated into this language by default. You can choose from 12+ supported languages.
Themes
Zephyr supports multiple visual themes to match your preference. Switch between Dark, Light, and other themes from the Settings panel. Your choice is saved and applied instantly.
AI Provider
Choose your AI provider from the available models. Free users get Gemini Flash. Pro users can choose from Gemini Pro, GPT-4o, and Claude 3.5 Sonnet. If your organization enforces a specific provider, you will see 'Managed by your organization' and the option will be locked.
Response Language
Set the language the AI responds in for all actions. When set to a non-English language, all drafts, summaries, chat responses, and workflow outputs will be in that language. This is separate from the Translation Language setting.
Email Tracking
Toggle Track sent emails to start tracking opens, clicks, and replies on emails you send through Zephyr. Pro and Enterprise users can also enable open notifications to get an in-app toast when a recipient opens a tracked email. Organization admins can enforce tracking: if enforced ON, tracking is enabled by default but users can opt out. If enforced OFF, tracking is disabled and users cannot turn it on.
Connected Services
Connect third-party services to use as workflow actions. Zephyr supports 11 integrations across three connection types. OAuth connectors (click Connect and authorize in a browser window): Jira, Slack, GitHub, Notion, Linear, Asana, HubSpot, and Google Sheets. Token connectors (paste a personal access token): Trello and Airtable. Webhook connector (add named HTTPS endpoints): save up to 20 named endpoints for Zapier, Make, or any HTTPS automation tool. Each service shows its connection status. When configuring a workflow action for a connected service, inline hints guide you to the right IDs ? for example, Linear shows where to find your Team ID in the URL, Jira explains the project key format, and Google Sheets shows how to extract the spreadsheet ID from the URL. Only services configured by the platform admin are visible.
SMS Notifications (Pro)
Pro users can add a verified phone number to receive SMS notifications from workflows. Go to Settings > Notifications, select your country code, enter your mobile number, and tap Verify. You will receive a 6-digit code by text ? enter it to confirm your number. Once verified, any workflow with a Send SMS action will default to your number. You can override the recipient per workflow. Delivery status (delivered or failed) is tracked and visible in workflow history.
Automation Alerts
Control how you are notified when workflows run automatically. You can enable or disable notifications for successful runs, failures, or both. This helps you stay informed without being overwhelmed.
Organization Admin
If you are an org admin, you will see an Organization section in Settings. From here you can enforce a specific AI provider for all domain users and configure Azure OpenAI with two options: API Key (simple, paste your key) or IAM Role (no key stored on our servers, uses Azure role-based access). You can also enforce email tracking settings. Only designated org admins can access this section.
