Get a concise summary of any email or entire thread. Zephyr highlights key decisions, action items, deadlines, and the current status. Perfect for catching up on long conversations without reading every message.

Translate

Translate the current email into your preferred language with one click. Zephyr supports 12+ languages including Spanish, French, German, Japanese, Arabic, and more. Set your default translation language in Settings.

Extract Tasks

Pull action items, deadlines, and commitments from any email automatically. Zephyr identifies who needs to do what and by when, so nothing falls through the cracks.

Tone Check

Worried about how your email sounds? Tone Check analyzes the emotional tone of any email and gives you a quick read on whether it comes across as professional, friendly, urgent, or passive-aggressive.

Grammar Check

Run a quick grammar and clarity check on any email. Zephyr catches spelling mistakes, awkward phrasing, and suggests improvements to make your writing clearer and more polished.

Quick Reply

Need to respond fast? Quick Reply generates short, contextual responses like confirmations, acknowledgments, or brief answers. Great for emails that just need a quick thumbs-up or a short follow-up.

Follow Up

Generate a polite follow-up email for messages that have not received a response. Zephyr references the original conversation and crafts a nudge that feels natural, not pushy.

Negotiate

Drafting a response to a proposal or offer? Negotiate helps you craft a tactful counter-offer or negotiation response. It considers the context of the conversation and suggests language that is firm but professional.

Response Language

Want the AI to respond in a language other than English? Go to Settings and set your Response Language. Once set, all AI actions (drafts, summaries, chat responses, workflow outputs) will be in your chosen language. This is separate from the Translation Language setting, which only affects the /translate action.
