Email Templates

What Are Email Templates?

Email templates let you save reusable reply snippets with variable placeholders. Instead of typing the same response every time, save it as a template and insert it with one tap. Templates support dynamic variables like the sender's name, email subject, and current date that are filled in automatically when you use the template.

Create a Template

Use the /template slash command or say 'save this as a template' in chat. Give your template a name and write the body. You can include placeholders like {{sender_name}}, {{sender_email}}, {{subject}}, {{date}}, and {{my_name}} which are replaced with real values when you use the template. You can save up to 20 templates.

Use a Template

Type /template in the chat or say 'use my follow-up template'. Zephyr shows your saved templates and lets you pick one. The placeholders are replaced with values from the current email context (sender name, subject line, etc.) and the result is inserted into your reply.

Manage Templates

View, edit, or delete your templates from the template list. Templates are stored per-user and sync across devices. Each template body can be up to 2000 characters.
