Your privacy matters

We built Zephyr with privacy as a core principle.

🛡 Data Handling

We take your email privacy seriously. Here is exactly what we do and don't do with your data:

  • Email content is sent directly to your configured AI provider for processing and is never stored on our servers.
  • We do not read, cache, or retain any email content after processing.
  • We only store your preferences (theme, language, tone), workflow definitions, and aggregate usage counts.
  • Authentication tokens are stored securely and used only to access Microsoft Graph on your behalf.
  • All communication is encrypted via HTTPS/TLS.
  • You can delete your account and all associated data at any time.

📚 Third-Party Services

Zephyr integrates with the following services:

  • AI Providers (Google Gemini, Azure OpenAI) - processes email content for AI actions. Subject to each provider's terms of service.
  • Microsoft Graph API - accesses your mailbox with your explicit consent via OAuth 2.0.
  • Stripe - handles payment processing for Pro subscriptions. We never see your card details.
  • AWS - hosts our backend infrastructure (Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, CloudFront).
